Allied Technical Resources, Inc. places temporary employees with clients for a duration based on their needs. An employer who selects Allied Technical Resources, Inc.'s temporary personnel does so for a variety of reasons, including:
• Allows the flexibility of staffing for peak work loads, without having to make the commitment of hiring direct permanent employees.
• Allows a shift in the cost in the staffing process by outsourcing the costs of recruiting, on boarding, and paying workers.
• Allows a “try before you buy” evaluation an employee’s skills and their alignment with your corporate culture before making a hire.
As the temporary worker’s employer, Allied Technical Resources, Inc. is responsible for paying or deducting all federal, state and local taxes, as well as covering the employee with workers compensation, liability and unemployment compensation insurance.
At any point during the contract period, or at the contract period completion, the employee can be hired on a permanent basis if the customer is satisfied with the employees' performance over the duration of temporary employment. This transition is made seamlessly by our rollover process, which can normally be completed in less than a day.
