Q. What kind of benefits are available through Allied Technical Resources, Inc.?

Allied Technical Resources, Inc. offers our employees a robust benefits package. You are eligible to participate in any and all offerings for which you meet the eligibility requirements as an Allied Technical Resources, Inc. employee. Upon hiring, you will receive a detailed package outlining the benefits available to you. Q. What type of employment options are available?    
A.

Our customer's needs determine the options for a particular assignment and they may be temporary, temporary to permanent or direct placement:

  • A temporary position is typically a limited duration opportunity, often based around a project, which may range from several months to a year or even longer.
  • A temporary to permanent position is an opportunity that will lead to a permanent placement if the customer is satisfied with the employees' performance over a short duration of time. The individual works as an employee of Allied Technical Resources, Inc. until he/she is offered a position at which time he/she will become an employee of the customer.
  • A direct placement opportunity is a full time position with one of our customers. The individual is recruited by Allied Technical Resources, Inc., but works as an employee of the customer.
Q. Am I charged a fee when you find me a job?    
A.

Our customers compensate us to find top quality talent so there is no fee charged to the person looking for a job.

Q. How often will I get paid?    
A.

Allied Technical Resources, Inc. normal payroll schedule is on a weekly basis and we offer direct deposit. However, payroll schedules may vary based on the customer.

Q. If I don't see a current open job posting that interest me, can I submit my resume to Allied Technical Resources, Inc. for future consideration?    
A.

Individuals can submit their resume using the Submit Resume button on this website. Your resume will be reviewed for current opportunities and stored in our database; making it available to our recruiters for future opportunities. A recruiter will reach out to you if you are considered a match to a job posting.
